This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or progress your customer service, sales and administrative support career in this new diverse role with plenty of challenges and opportunity.
The position is a key member of our Customer Experience Team and will provide customer service, sales and support to a diverse range of clients in a dynamic and rewarding community centred operating environment.
You will also be responsible for call taking, data entry and administrative support within a small and supportive team environment, reporting directly to the Team Leader Customer Experience.
The successful applicant will hold a current motor vehicle licence, be computer literate, possess outstanding communication/customer service skills, preferable have sales experience and be willing to learn. Given the sensitive nature of the services provided by RPCV you will also possess a strong community ethos, level of maturity and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
You will be a self-starter, able to multi-skill, prioritise and plan, enjoy working in a small team based environment and be accepting of change.
